Οι νικητές των Gamescom Awards 2018

Πρώτο κύμα βραβείων...

Στα πλαίσια της φετινής Gamescom 2018, δόθηκαν τα ομώνυμα βραβεία, καλύπτοντας 11 είδη παιχνιδιών και πέντε κατηγορίες." Μεγάλος νικητής", μέχρι στιγμής, αναδεικνύεται το Ori and the Will of the Wisps της Microsoft, το οποίο κέρδισε σε δύο κατηγορίες - Best Console Game, Microsoft Xbox One και Best Puzzle/ Skill

Game. Το Forza Horizon 4 κρίθηκε ως το Best Racing Game, με αποτέλεσμα η Microsoft να ήταν νικητής σε τρεις κατηγορίες - όπως ακριβώς και η Activision Blizzard με το Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, που κέρδισε στην κατηγορία Best Action Game, το Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 στην κατηγορία Best Social / Online Game και το Destiny 2: Forsaken στην κατηγορία Best Add-on / DLC. Οι Koch Media και Nintendo ακολουθούν με δύο βραβεία η καθεμία -Best Casual Game, Best Strategy Game η Koch και Best Family Game και Best Console Game Nintendo Switch η Nintendo.

Τέλος, να σημειώσουμε ότι θα ακολουθήσει ένα δεύτερο κύμα βραβείων σε κατηγορίες όπως Best Hardware, Best Multiplayer Game, Best Virtual Reality Game, Best Booth, Best of CAMPUS, Gamescom Indie award, όπως επίσης και βραβεία σε διαφορές "fan" κατηγορίες, ανάμεσα στις οποίες βρίσκουμε τα Gamescom's "Most Wanted" Consumer Award και Best Streamer/ Let's Player.
