Οι 100 καλύτερες ταινίες του 21ου αιώνα(video)

Συνολικά 177 κριτικοί κινηματογράφου από 36 χώρες ανέδειξαν τις 100 καλύτερες ταινίες του 21ου αιώνα.

Στην κορυφή των προτιμήσεων των κριτικών κινηματογράφου βρέθηκε η ταινία «Mulholland Drive» του Ντέιβιντ Λιντς.

Δεύτερη αναδείχθηκε η ταινία «In the Mood for Love», ενώ στην τρίτη θέση κατατάχθηκε το «There Will Be Blood». Αξίζει να σημειωθεί ότι καμία από τις τρεις παραπάνω ταινίες

Στην πρώτη δεκάδα βρέθηκαν ακόμη οι ταινίες «The Tree of Life», «Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind» και «Boyhood», η ολοκλήρωση της οποίας πήρε 12 χρόνια.

«Θέλαμε να βρούμε τις καλύτερες ταινίες και αυτά είναι τα έργα για τα οποία οι άνθρωποι έχουν τα πιο έντονα συναισθήματα. Ελπίζουμε ότι αυτή λίστα θα αποτελέσει θέμα συζητήσεων, όχι απλώς ανάμεσα σε κριτικούς, αλλά και σε οποιονδήποτε αγαπά τις ταινίες», υποστήριξε ο συντάκτης του «BBC Culture», Matthew Anderson κατά την προβολή του σχετικού θέματος.
