JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking to recruit a dynamic inpidual based in Nicosia as a full time Content Writer in English.

The successful candidate will be responsible to write creative

travel stories and experiences about Cyprus or other places.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop content writing strategyWrite/Edit video scripts and travel articles that captivate readersFinding and developing new ideas for web content.Creatively communicate these stories to different platforms including; magazines, press releases, websites, social media, e-newsletters and brochuresWriting web content based on material suppliedEdit and proofread the work of other team members.

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Excellence in written English and grammarBe enthusiastic about travel and experiences in CyprusA university education in journalism or communications.Experience with the subject is preferred.At least two years professional experience as a writer and editorAbility to identify stories and communicate them accordinglyOutstanding verbal communication and presentation skillsCreative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originalityA strong commitment to responding to and following up communications requestsExcellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to meet multiple deadlinesProfessionalism regarding time, costs, and deadlines
