Happy #FitnessFriday y’all! Some of you may have noticed I’ve been training with the MMA community lately. It’s been a fun, crazy and extremely challenging journey, and I’ve been so blessed to learn from such incredible people! Today I want to talk about one of the essential parts of MMA training, Muay Thai. Prepare to burn anywhere between 800-1000 calories per hour - but don’t worry, you can do it! It’s a great way to learn to self-defense and use every part of your body in your workout (including your knees and elbows)! Need any extra convincing? Check stories for workouts by Kuhn Kru and my friend celebrated Muay Thai trainer Aaron Malaszewski of @sdmuaythaigyms (who’s shirt I’m rockin up top) – he’s not only the nicest man in the world, but he’s trained some of the biggest names in #MMA and can show you the ropes. Today’s #FitnessFriday is about one of the most important factors of any fitness routine – HYDRATION. We are made of 60% water, and replenishing that amount can have life changing effects on the body – weight loss, higher energy levels, better cardiovascular health, and younger looking skin. The crazy part? When you’re thirsty, you’re already dehydrated – it’s said that we need upwards of 64 oz. of water a day to stay hydrated and that’s NOT including if we’ve worked out. So I challenge all of us today to drink at least 8 x 8oz. glasses of water a day, EVERYDAY, until next week. Το τελευταίο χρονικό διάστημα χύνει ποτάμια ιδρώτα στο γυμναστήριο, σμιλεύοντας ένα κορμί που θα ζήλευαν και 20άρες.

Κοιλιακοί six pack και αναλογίες που θα ζήλευαν ακόμα και μοντέλα.

Η βραβευμένη με Όσκαρ ηθοποιός σκηνοθετεί και πρωταγωνιστεί στην ταινία «Bruised», όπου υποδύεται μια αθλήτρια του MMA.

«Σας ενθαρρύνω να βάλετε τον δικό σας στόχο. Ποιο είναι το fitness goal σας; Βάλτε τον πήχη ακόμα πιο ψηλά!» γράφει η Χάλι Μπέρι στη λεζάντα.

Και προσθέτει:

«Ένας από τους στόχους μου για τo Bruised; Οι καλλίγραμμοι κοιλιακοί. Και σήμερα κατάφερα να τους αποκτήσω και νιώθω απίστευτα».

Όπως ήταν αναμενόμενο η φωτογραφία της Χάλι Μπέρι κέρδισε χιλιάδες likes, ενώ οι followers της στο Instagram,  έσπευσαν να σχολιάσουν και να εκφράσουν το θαυμασμό τους.

I finally got them, and it feels unbelievable! This #FitnessFriday, I encourage you guys to set your bar. What is your fitness goal?
