The team focuses on bringing the best client trading experience to all retail , institutional and private clients.
The company operates 24/5 keeping the core of the brokerage offering running for the company and the candidate should be flexible to work covering shifts.

Job main responsibilities are:
Monitoring company’s systems.
Understand and effectively solve all client trading related matters.
Provide clients with relevant updates, on the market and with their account via phones, Emails and Live Chats.
Creating market reviews and technical analysis.

Covering the night shifts.Number of persons required:1Qualifications required:BA in Business Management / Economics/ Finance.
*possible for a student in the last year.
Mother Tongue English.
Fluency in Chinese or Arabic an advantage.Other requirements:Good communication skills.
Self-Motivation and target oriented.
