Maintaining accurate financial records and accounting data
Input transactions into the accounting system
Maintaining files with primary documents for supporting accounting entries
Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards
VAT and VIES review (documentation, preparation and submission)
Maintaining the local tax reporting and tax settlements
Maintaining the invoicing and accounts payable
Bank / Debtor / Creditor reconciliations
Liaise with external associates such as auditors, banks, suppliers and clients
Assistance in local tax reporting and tax settlements
Additional requirements when neededNumber of persons required:1Qualifications required:University diploma in accounting, economics or LCCL
ACCA / CPA / ACA will be considered as an advantage
Knowledge of Cyprus Tax legislation
Excellent knowledge of double-entry accounting
Experience in audit will be considered as an advantage
2-3 years experience in a similar position
Fluency in English and Russian (obligatorily)
IT knowledge (MS Office) and knowledge of computerized accounting programs (knowledge of 1C is an advantage)
Detailed oriented, punctual, accurate, proactive, confidential
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently
Ability to plan and prioritize workload and meet deadlines
Ability to pick up procedures / processes quickly
Ability to work on own initiative with little supervision
