Xbox Series X: Δυσαρέσκεια για την απουσία gameplay

Όταν η Microsoft ανακοίνωνε το Xbox Series X τον Δεκέμβριο, κανείς δεν μπορούσε να φανταστεί ότι οκτώ μήνες μετά και λίγο πριν την κυκλοφορία της κονσόλας ακόμα δεν θα είχαμε δει παιχνίδια να τρέχουν σε αυτή. Κι όμως αυτό συμβαίνει, καθώς ακόμα δεν έχει υπάρξει ούτε καν κάποιο βίντεο με τη φράση "Captured on Xbox Series X", τη στιγμή που βλέπουμε όλο και περισσότερο gameplay κατευθείαν από το

PS5. Αξίζει να σημειωθεί ότι, πέρα από τους παίκτες, δημοσιογράφοι, youtubers, insiders κτλ που... πρόσκεινται στο Xbox πλέον εκφράζουν ανοιχτά την δυσαρέσκειά τους γι αυτο το θέμα (σχετικά tweet παρακάτω), προτρέποντας την Microsoft να δείξει επιτέλους παιχνίδια να τρέχουν στο Xbox Series X. It's bad for Xbox when Ratchet and Clank looks like a more impressive shooter than Halo. Awesome particle effects, tons of environmental destruction, crazy weapons, world-swapping next-gen stuff has the wow factor.

Microsoft still doesn't have a showcase for what the XSX can do.

Xbox has a responsibility to encourage/support partners to showcase their games running on Xbox Series X with just two months to Launch.

I’ll just say it: as much as I think Gamepass is the future of how we will consume games, Xbox is lacking a Ratchet and Clank wow moment.
