Όπως ήταν αναμενόμενο η πρωταγωνίστρια των Βρετανικών μουσικών βραβείων (Brit Awards) ήταν η Adele, η οποία έφυγε με 4 βραβεία και ήταν φανερά συγκινημένη.

Μεταξύ των νικητών ήταν και οι Coldaplay, o Justin Bieber και η Bjork.
