Ένας λογαριασμός στο Instagram επιχειρεί να πει όλη την αλήθεια πίσω από τις θερμίδες που βρίσκονται σε γνωστά προϊόντα.

Φυσικά, οι θερμίδες αναγράφονται πάντοτε στις ετικέτες των τροφίμων, βάσει νόμου, αλλά είναι εντελώς διαφορετικό να τις βλέπεις μπροστά σου με μεγάλα γράμματα, από το να γυρίζεις την συσκευασία για να τις διαβάσεις.

Σύμφωνα με τον λογαριασμό στο Instagram, που ονομάζεται @CalorieBrands: «Έτσι πρέπει να δείχνουν οι συσκευασίες, για να σας βοηθήσουν να επιτύχετε τους καλοκαιρινούς σας στόχους για το σώμα σας».
