Ο οίκος Dior παρουσίασε την Cruise συλλογή του στην Puglia της Ιταλίας και ήταν αφιερωμένη στην ιταλική παράδοση

Ο οίκος Dior παρουσίασε τη Cruise συλλογή του για το 2021 στην πόλη Lecce της Puglia. Η creative director του γαλλικού οίκου, Maria Grazia Chiurri αποφάσισε να μην αναβάλει το show λόγω της πανδημίας και των μέτρων αλλά να παρουσιάσει κανονικά τη συλλογή πίσω από κλειστές πόρτες.

Η Cruise συλλογή παρουσιάστηκε στην πλατεία του Καθεδρικού ναού του Lecce, Piazza

del Duomo σε ένα μαγευτικό σκηνικό που ήταν διακοσμημένο με παραδοσιακά φώτα Luminarie, τα οποία δημιουργήθηκαν αποκλειστικά για τον οίκο από την καλλιτέχνη Marinella Senatore ενώ στο background αναπαράγονταν prints που υπήρχαν στην συλλογή αλλά και διάφορα μηνύματα.

Η έμπνευση της Maria Grazia για τη συλλογή ήταν στους ντόπιους ανθρώπους, στην κουλτούρα και τις παραδόσεις της συγκεκριμένης περιοχής. Καθώς τα μοντέλα περπατούσαν στην πασαρέλα με τις δημιουργίες της σχεδιάστριας, τριγύρω τους βρίσκονταν ορχήστρα και χορευτές με παραδοσιακή μουσική και χορούς.

Φορέματα από τούλι, περίτεχνα κεντήματα, denim υφάσματα, μαντήλια στα μαλλιά, λευκοί, μαύροι και γήινοι τόνοι, αλλά και έντονα χρώματα όπως το πράσινο και το κόκκινο πρωταγωνίστησαν στην συλλογή.

It was created in partnership with artist @Marinella.Senatore. Held in the city of Lecce, the show is accompanied by pizzica, this land’s native dance. The spirit of Italian ethnos imbues the looks: leather garments, maxi dresses made of light and soft natural fabrics, customary ornaments, white kerchiefs. The Piazza del Duomo in Lecce was the location for the audience-free unveiling of the #DiorCruise 2021 collection by @MariaGraziaChiuri this evening.
