Ξεκινά ο διαγωνισμός για το 5% του ΟΤΕ

Στην έναρξη της διεθνούς διαγωνιστικής διαδικασίας για την διάθεση του 5% του μετοχικού κεφαλαίου του ΟΤΕ, το οποίο αντιστοιχεί σε 24.507.520 κοινές ονομαστικές μετοχές, προχωρά το ΤΑΙΠΕΔ.

Ο διαγωνισμός θα διεξαχθεί σε μια φάση και οι ενδιαφερόμενοι επενδυτές καλούνται να υποβάλλουν δεσμευτικές προσφορές, σύμφωνα με την Πρόσκληση Υποβολής Προσφορών, η

οποία έχει αναρτηθεί στην ιστοσελίδα του ΤΑΙΠΕΔ, έως τις 15 Μαρτίου 2018.

HRADF: International tender process for the acquisition of 5% stake of OTE S.A.

The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund S.A (HRADF) launched the international tender process for the acquisition of 5% stake (24,507,520 common registered shares) of OTE S.A.

The tender process will be conducted in one phase and Interested Investors are requested to submit their binding Offers, in accordance with the Request for Proposal, which is posted on the website of HRADF, no later than 15 March 2018.
