Greece (Athens). The company seeks to recruit a person in Nicosia office for the position of:

Logistics administrator

Description

The logistics administrator has to ensure smooth flow, accuracy and efficiency of all relative operations. This is achieved by monitoring, maintaining, supporting logistics and associated operating systems. The logistics administrator will apply proven communication analytical and problem solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve issues in order to maximize effectiveness of logistics operations.

Responsibilities

* Collaborate with the sales department to ensure smooth and reliable operation of warehouse and prediction requirements

* Work with team members and stakeholders to follow business requirements

* Perform market research for retrieving cost-efficient offers. Interact and negotiate with vendors, outsourcers and contractors to secure efficient system related services

* Maintaining logistics safe operations by precise book-keeping and data entry to existing monitoring systems, programs

* Present diagrams and charts to provide aid to the management team

* Maintaining existing reports regarding core operations of the company

Requirements

* Excellent organizational, communicational and cooperative skills

* Excellent familiarity with MS Office and data programs

* Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language

* Trustworthy with an eye for detail

* High School Diploma

* University degree/ College diploma on related field(s) will be considered as an advantage

* Related previous experience & renewable energy & PV market knowledge will be considered as an advantage
