Vacancy for Web Analyst

MindGeek, a company specializing in the development and marketing of highly trafficked web properties, and a leader in its activity sector is searching for a Web Analyst.

Responsibilities

Analyse customer behaviour and implement necessary changes on a production in order to attract, convert and retain customers. Key daily tasks include:

- Define and monitor KPIs (Key performance indicators)

- Analyse and optimize Ads campaigns and landing pages

- Analyse and validate Web metrics to give actionable insights to the Product Director

- Prepare weekly reports on campaigns progress and ongoing optimizations

- Work with various internal company tools to build customer profiles and segments

Requirements

- Experience in Web Analytics

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel

- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems

- Experience in A/B testing or Multivariate testing

- Experience in campaigns optimization

- Excellent communications skills, written and spoken

- Ability to identify problems and needs

- Strong command of the English language
