A newly established FX firm in Limassol, Cyprus is looking to hire a Head of Sales.

Job Description:

Lead the Sales/Customer Support department and generate direct revenuesDirectly responsible for meeting company targetsHire and train the Sales/Support teamResponsible for Sales/Support department needsResponsible for managing Introducers and third party agentsResponsible for the budget of sales related activitiesResponsible for Customer SupportContribute with marketing ideasDeveloping marketing campaigns that are in line with the company’s strategy and budgetPropose fully fledged models for business developments into new target marketsAssume products ownership (account types, spreads, investment assets, etc…)

The successful candidate will be directly reporting to the General Manager, an attractive basic salary and bonus scheme is offered.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in related fieldProven track record of generating revenuesEnergetic and dynamic, natural leader, charismaticFX experience is a must
