Essential Experience and Skills

We are looking to hire a results oriented Product Design Engineer to join our team. This position is

crucial for CRM.COM and you must be truly talented in designing and developing software that is intuitive, functional and of extremely high quality and standard.
- BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science with a very strong academic background and strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design
- 3+ years of professional experience in product design or product management with a focus on software products and technologies
- Deep knowledge and strong skills on object oriented programming
- Ability to model and design complex business processes
- Critical thinker and a self-directed technologist to guide our software features from conception to launch
- Self-motivated and driven for excellence. Able to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
- Ability to work closely with the development team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as execution schedule
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to align teams around the product definition
