Qualifications Required:
• Computer engineering fundamentals
• Networking and security fundamentals
• Microsoft Office (various versions) support experience
• Email clients configuration
• Excellent knowledge of the English language

Extra qualifications to be considered as an advantage:
• Linux and Unix OS
• Cisco experience and/or certification’s
• PBX’s
• Routers
• Firewalls
• VPN
• DHCP, AC, DC, DNS
