Markets is a Cyprus Investment Firm which is licensed and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission is seeking to employ an in-house Junior Commercial Lawyer to join their team.The ideal candidate will have the following Job duties:Develop, review and implement legal commercial documents in line with MiFID and CySEC legislation for the CompanyDevelop, review and implement legal commercial policies in line with MiFID and CySEC legislation for the CompanyOngoing monitoring and review of all Company policies and commercial legal documentsLearn and understand fully CySEC and MiFID legislationInvolvement of Ongoing projects on behalf of the CompanyLearn the Compliance function of a European regulated investment firmNumber of persons required:1Qualifications required:University Diploma/Degree in Commercial/Business lawFluency in English (verbal and written)Full understanding of International commercial lawOther requirements:Trustworthy and reliableA meticulous, organized and committed personGood communication skillsA good team playerExperience with CySEC and MiFID law considered an advantage!Attractive base salaryLocation(s):LimassolEmployment conditions:Full Time
