from the CMO, the Web & Digital Designer’s main responsibility is to support the unit

through the creative design, brand integration with adherence to brand guidelines,

development, implementation, and maintenance of CP public website. In support of the

CMO, the Creative Director of Web and Digital Marketing, and the unit’s marketing and

digital media efforts, the Web & Digital Designer will also help develop and implement

web marketing strategies and campaigns to support the company’s goals and further

support multiple constituent group projects through various digital channels including (but

not limited to): microsites, social media, HTML emails and eNewsletters, web banners,

digital signage, digital video, mobile, tablet, other interactive and online mediums and

experiences, etc. The Web & Digital Designer must stay current on new and emerging

technologies. The Web & Digital Designer must possess exceptional graphic design

skills and ensure that all web and marketing initiatives adhere to the highest design

standards (with direction and guidance from the Creative Director of Web & Digital

Media). Knowledge of traditional media and print production is a plus.Number of persons required:1Qualifications required:Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Interactive Design, Visual

Communication Design, Visual Arts, Communication Arts, or similar required.

Experience:

Up to 2-5 years of web design, interactive design, and/or graphic design experience to

include web design, basic web programming, digital design, and user experience design.

A portfolio of work is required (this can include student work).
