VACANCYCHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICERDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Be responsible for managing the Company’s Finance Department which includes the functions of Financial and Revenue Accounting, Management Accounting and Budget, Treasury, Maintenance and Financial Agreements, Fuel Purchasing as well as Insurance.2. Act as Chairperson of the Company’s Tender Board.3. Actively participate in devising the Company’s strategic direction and be responsible for business development.QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED1. Be a member of a recognized professional Accounting Body.2. Have a strong academic background with a University degree in a relevant discipline such as Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.3. Have managerial experience in an equivalent business position.4. Have adequate experience in the financial sector as well as in the usage of computerized applications.5. Have the ability to manage and motivate a large number of staff.6. Have excellent command of Greek and English and ability to express him/herself freely and prepare detailed and lucid reports in both languages.7.
