and has at least 2-3 years valid experience with a corporate services provider in the following areas:

- drafting and reviewing corporate documents and agreements (experience with Trusts will be considered an advantage)

- Incorporating companies in Cyprus and other offshore jurisdictions and making the changes to the company structures

- preparing Powers of Attorney, resolutions and minutes of directors and shareholders’ meetings

- assisting with changes in the Company’s Memorandum and Articles;

- preparing and submitting of Annual Returns;

- liaising with external legal consultants and obtaining legal opinions where necessaryNumber of persons required:1Qualifications required:Applicants must be fluent in both spoken and written English.
