Government: First we execute then we claim

First we execute, then we claim, is the plan of the government in the negotiations with our partners and lenders, with the agreement of the three involved parties. It has left the overall negotiation and has opted for a step by step tactic, including the speeding up of privatizations of public institutions and generally what might attract the interest of domestic and foreign investors. They are also planning to use State property including harbors, airports and public buildings. For these there is agreement with troika which expects concrete results in July. In return the government asks troika not to insist on the layoff of civil servants and further reductions in wages in the private sector.
