Με όνομα «My Bleeding Heart» (Η Ματωμένη Μου Καρδιά), το κομμάτι αυτό δίνει απάντηση στο ερώτημα τι θα φορούσε η Λολίτα του Ναμπόκοφ στην εποχής της Αναγέννησης. Ο καλλιτεχνικός διευθυντής του οίκου Francis de Lara, Ζαν Πωλ Πιέτρους, αποφάσισε να δημιουργήσει ένα αξεσουάρ τόσο μοναδικό και ιδιαίτερο αφιερωμένο στην αγαπημένη του ηρωίδα. «Τη φανταζόμουν ως μια νέα κληρονόμο απόγονο του οίκου των Μεδίκων, φορώντας αυτά τα γυαλιά με διαμαντένια δάκρυα» λέει ο σχεδιαστής. Και όπως δείχνει η φωτογραφία του μοντέλου του οίκου, τα γυαλιά απευθύνονται εξίσου σε άντρες και σε γυναίκες.

Ο σχεδιαστής δήλωσε πως «Ήθελα να κάνω κάτι διαφορετικό στα κοσμήματα και καθώς έβλεπα αυτά τα εκπληκτικά πορτρέτα αναγέννησης ανδρών και γυναικών στο μουσείο Uffizi, που φορούσαν απίστευτα δαχτυλίδια και περιδέραια σκέφτηκα τι θα γινόταν αν φορούσαν γυαλιά με παρόμοιο στυλ».
