Emily Hartridge: Η 35χρονη Youtuber έχασε τη ζωή της σε τραγικό τροχαίο με το ηλεκτρικό της πατίνι

Την τελευταία της πνοή άφησε την Παρασκευή 12/07 η διάσημη βρετανίδα παρουσιάστρια και youtuber Emily Hartridge σε τροχαίο με το ηλεκτρικό της πατίνι.

Η 35χρονη συγκρούστηκε με φορτηγό ενώ προσπαθούσε να πάρει στροφή με το ηλεκτρικό της πατίνι σε ένα κυκλικό κόμβο, με αποτέλεσμα να χάσει ακαριαία τη ζωή της- σύμφωνα με τη The Guardian

Ο θάνατός της έγινε γνωστός με μια ανακοίνωση στο λογαριασμό της στο Instagram:

«Γειά σας. Πρέπει να σας ανακοινώσουμε κάτι δυσάρεστο μέσω του Instagram καθώς όλοι περιμένετε να δείτε σήμερα την Emily και είναι ο μόνος τρόπος να επικοινωνήσουμε με όλους σας.

Η Emily ενεπλάκη σε ατύχημα και πέθανε. Όλοι μας την αγαπούσαμε και δεν θα την ξεχάσουμε ποτέ. Είχε αγγίξει τόσο πολύ κόσμο και τα πράγματα θα είναι δύσκολα χωρίς αυτή. Ήταν ένας μοναδικός άνθρωπος».

Η Emily Hartridge ξεκίνησε την καριέρα της ανεβάζοντας videos στο Youtube και γρήγορα αναδείχτηκε σε σταρ του μέσου, ενώ στη συνέχεια ξεκίνησε να παρουσιάζει και σόου στην τηλεόραση. Ήταν εξαιρετικά δημοφιλής και αγαπητή και ο θάνατός της έχει σκορπίσει θλίψη στη Μεγάλη Βρετανία.

MAYBE I DON’T WANT TO GET MARRIED? – There comes a point in life where you get to a certain age and everyone asks you the same questions Do you want to get married? Are you going to have kids? Are you looking to buy a property? Bla bla bla BLA – Let me lay this out for you I used to have a big plan for my life. I MUST get married I MUST buy a house I MUST have children I MUST be on tv And then when all these so called plans didn’t quite ‘pan’ out for me it was a big smack in my face that I really needed – Sure I didn’t need to go as far as having a full on nervous breakdown but it was after all that that my mindset completely shifted on pretty much everything I had ever thought or wanted – Our society is filled with ‘list tickers’ who go through life in what is viewed as the ‘norm’ The general order seems to be…….you meet someone, you buy a flat together. You eventually move out of London and you have a baby or 2 – Their sole aim is to ‘settle down’ and that is great if that’s what you want in life but please remember that just because society deems this to be the ‘traditional’ way to do things, that does NOT mean that something has gone wrong for others or people who have not followed this path are unhappy or unfulfilled in some way – I don’t have a burning desire to get married. Maybe I will, maybe I won’t Yes I would like a baby at some point but I’m not going to lose on this sleep on that right now. I honestly couldn’t give a f*ck about buying a house. For me I would rather spend my money on seeing the world rather than not have a life just so I can save for years and call myself a home owner – The world is full of different people and thank god for that or we’d all be over populating Surrey with ever growing families – This term ‘settle down’ really bothers me because what does it even mean? Being in love is f*cking wonderful and I hope to have a child one day but I can tell you this right now, if I have anything to do with it, there will be no f*cking ‘settling’ that’s for sure – You do you and I’ll do me – @georgiespurling ________________________________________
