50g sugar⠀ 150g flour⠀ 80ml heavy cream, room temperature⠀ CHOCOLATE COOKIE:⠀ 100g butter, softened at room temperature⠀ 50g sugar⠀ 150g flour⠀ 15g unsweetened cocoa⠀ 80ml heavy cream, room temperature⠀ STEPS:⠀ Combine unsweetened cocoa and 150g flour and set aside.⠀ Combine softened butter and sugar into separate bowls and mix until combined. ⠀ Add in cream and mix well.⠀ Add in the flour in one bowl. Add the cocoa and flour mixture into the other bowl. ⠀ Mix well until dough forms.⠀ Transfer each dough into separate piping bags. Then place both piping bags into one large piping bag. ⠀ Pipe out cookie dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. ⠀ Bake for 15-18 minutes at 180 degrees C.
