You will be required to regularly and customarily exercise discretion in managing the overall operation of the store. In particular, a majority of time will be spent in supervising and directing the workforce, making staffing decisions, ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality and managing the store’s financial performance. Extensive training will be provided to the successful candidate.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality or leisure
• Excellent leadership skills
• A ‘can do’ attitude and team focus
• Work right eligibility in Cyprus
