A company operating in the Entertainment and Leisure industry maintaining a fascinating Water Park Unit at Pafos, wishes to employ a General Manager for Water Park.The job holder shall be responsible for the overall Management and Operation of the Water park, ensuring that all business

targets are met though an effective and efficient workflow. More specifically, the job holder shall be responsible for the selection, training and guidance and coordination of the personnel, the correspondence with the suppliers and the closure of deals, the strict implementation of all procedures, including health and safety and the business development through the design of smart and attractive packages for business clients and visitors.
Qualifications and Competencies:

University degree in Business Administration, Management, Hotel Management or any other relevant fieldAt least 5 years of experience in similar managerial positionExcellent Knowledge of English languageGood Computers skillsVery good People Management SkillsVery good Organisational and Planning and Supervisory SkillsProactive and Strategic ThinkingVery good Communication skillsBusiness and Strategic thinking
