The Customer Support department is the first line in customer enquiries, responds to all customer’s requests and provides comprehensive phone and online support, resolving technical and operational issues.The Role:
You will manage and organize a team of customer support agents.

Main Responsibilities:
- Organises, coaches and coordinates a team of customer support agents, who are responsible for handling requests placed by our partners & customers by phone, mail and online chat globally
- Sets priorities for the team to ensure that task completion and customer satisfaction are met
- Identifies and resolves difficult issues using defined processes, expertise and judgement
- Responsible for managing a 24 x 7 resource scheduleNumber of persons required:2Qualifications required:

Candidate Profile:

- University Degree preferably in Business Administration or relative field
- Professional experience preferably in a multinational call centre – 2 years at supervisory level
- Fluently – native English Speaker
- Excellent command of the Greek language (Bilingual in English/Greek is preferred)
- People management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
Interpersonal and communication skills, strong customer service attitude
- Decision making skills
- Availability to work on shifts on a rotating basis
- Excellent IT Skills, ECDL Core/Expert certification will be considered an asset
