1. Responsible for all BILLING to debtors and Creditors
i.e. creating, and sending out the invoices; credit notes to suppliers and clients and making sure they are correct in accordance with an internal interface panal (web browser base –NOC System)
2. Maintaning the relationship with clients and suppliers (overdue reasons, etc)
3. Co ordinating with the auditors
4. keeping all documents up to date and filed for easier audit on a monthly basis
5. Drawing up of VAT Returns,
6. After submission of VAT report, checking the previous period if there are undeclared invoices.
7. Keeping all documents upto date and filed for easier audit on a monthly basis.
8.Preparation of “social insurance earnings and contributions reportNumber of persons required:1Qualifications required:- A good grasp of the basic VAT & TAX Concepts
- Proficient in use of MS Excel
- English language fluency is existential and Greek is mandatory
