1. SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER for CY and GR

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a senior account manager you should be highly organized and professional individual who will be the backbone for the sales organization. You will support the sales team to drive revenue growth and client acquisition. The senior account manager provides leadership on strategies and optimization, builds strong relationships, and establishes clear lines of communication with clients, partners and internal staff members. The account manager is analytical and uses problem solving capabilities to assure flawless program execution to meet and exceed stated objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Interacting daily with multiple client contacts (in person & via phone & via email).
Supporting ongoing client projects and new initiatives.
Consultative sales and closing.
Candidates should have three to five years of quota carrying account management and/or sales experience, with a track record of satisfied clients and sales performance.

QUALIFICATIONS
7+ years experience in sales with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed a sales quota.
Proven record of working well internally and communicating with clients.
High motivation to understand the technology industry.
Strong business acumen and professionalism.
Presentation Skills
Business / Sales Bachelor’s Degree mandatory.

2. SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PRODUCT MANAGER for CY and GR and other countries

JOB DESCRIPTION

As Business Development Product Manager, you will lead a team that is charged with a product line contribution as a business unit. This extends from increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new branded products for the company. You will build business fo existing products , and help to develop new brands based on your industry experience and your contact with customers and prospects. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand their problems, and find innovative solutions for the broader market.

You must be able to communicate effectively with all areas of the company. You will work with an engineering counterpart to define product release requirements. You will work with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, occasionally working with the sales channel and key customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product/ products.

QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of software marketing/product management experience. Proven success record in sales and brand development
Knowledgeable in technology.
Presentation Skills
Computer Science or Engineering degree or Product Marketing or work experience a strong plus.
This position requires travel to customer and non-customer sites in Cyprus and Greece.

3. SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Prestigio Business Solutions (PBS) for CY and GR

JOB DESCRIPTION

ASBIS is looking for a Business Development Manager for its Prestigio Business Solutions (PBS) (www.prestigio.com) division for Cyprus and Greece who will play a key role in the continued rapid growth of ASBIS’s business in the Region.

As Business Development Manager your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to identifying, prospecting, developing and closing key clients, accounting for all phases of the sales process. You will generate revenue while developing insight into a fast-growing, international business, working with high-profile corporate clients, and resellers.
By the end of the first year, expected to have closed 2-3 key accounts and have generated at least 500,000 – 800,000 EURO in sales and in subsequent years deliver at an annual rate of 1,000,000 EURO or more.
Develop and maintain a personal network at senior executive level (C-level) in large corporations in Cyprus and Greece.

QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years’ experience of successful value based B2B solutions/consultative selling targeting senior executive level.
Extensive sales experience within the Cyprus and Greece is essential.
Genuine experience of how to conduct a needs analysis and creating a convincing value proposition that addresses critical business issues.
Strong pipeline management skills.
Personal network at Senior Management level within major national and multinational companies mandatory (network within HR Directors, Learning & Development Directors community a strong plus).
Global cultural experience – would have worked in different countries or in a multinational corporation or lived or studied abroad.
Experience of working in a fast growing and dynamic environment.
Presentation skills
University graduate, preferably with a Business degree.
Complete fluency in English and Greek is essential.
