IKEA – Human Resources Specialist (Part Time)

The Position:
Reporting to the Store HR Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for:

Safeguarding the implementation of the routines and procedures of HR functionManaging time recording and absences and supporting all HR databases, reporting and systems so that to ensure correct salary payments.Assisting on the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the “best fit” for each vacancy and managing exit proceduresAssisting on the implementation of the store’s annual training planProviding support and servicing the internal customers, ensuring compliance to internal policies and legal demandsSupporting Management Team on performance management and disciplinary casesAssuming projects that Store HR Manager appoints and bringing them to the desired result in the agreed deadlines

University Degree preferably in HR Management of relevant fieldVery good communication and interpersonal skillsVery good planning, organizational and follow up skillsTeam oriented personalityAchievement drive, analytical and numerical abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and strict deadlinesBeing Familiar with HR Administration processes (public authorities, employment legislation)Very Good command of the English languageGood use of MS Office (especially Excel)
