Based in Larnaca, Cyprus, the right candidate will work with the Executive Consultant in various aspects of the business detailed below.

Personal Assistant Duties
Pricing in Excel
Travel to Trade/Retail Exhibitions
Retail Sales
Marketing
Extensive Travel Arrangements

The successful applicant will manage & support the Executive Consultants diary on a day to day basis.

Pricing of product ranges throughout the year within Excel will also be a major need for the business so expertise in this software is a MUST.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, enthusiastic, and have professional administrative skills. Language skills are not vital to this role but the successful candidate must be fluent in at least one additional language to their mother language. Excellent customer service and organisational skills are a must whilst additional secretarial skills will be advantageous.

Key tasks:
• Growing the business/generating new leads
• Processing orders
• Answering telephone and email queries
• Producing reports and price lists in EXCEL
• Maintaining client records
• Maintaining good customer relations
• Hitting daily sales targets
• Attending trade and public shows, in the UK, Europe Asia and the USA

Skills:
• Fluent in Greek & English
• Customer service/client management
• Understanding numeric data
• Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible
