Η Volkswagen παρουσίασε το Beetle GRC, το νέο της όπλο για το rallycross με 544 άλογα

Η Volkswagen Andretti Rallycross team παρουσίασε σήμερα το αγωνιστικό Beetle GRC, πριν αυτό κάνει το ντεμπούτο του στον αγώνα Red Bull Global Rallycross το ερχόμενο διήμερο. Πίσω από το τιμόνι του θα καθίσουν ο Tanner Foust και ο Scott Speed,

Έτσι, ο εμπρός προφυλακτήρας είναι αρκετά επιθετικός, ενώ το καπό διαθέτει μεγάλη εισαγωγή αέρα. Η κίνηση μεταδίδεται σε όλους τους τροχούς, μέσω ενός εξατάχυτου σειριακού κιβωτίου, με την δύναμη που αποδίδει ο 1.600άρης TSI κινητήρας να φτάνει τα 544 άλογα, κάτι που επιτρέπει στο Beetle GRC να επιταχύνει για τα 0-100 χλμ/ώρα σε μόλις 2.1 δευτ.
