Η Jaguar Land Rover θα παρουσιάσει το πρώτο μοντέλο του Special Operations τμήμα της στο φετινό Goodwood

Πριν σχεδόν μια εβδομάδα η Jaguar Land Rover ανακοίνωσε το Special Operations τμήμα της, με το πρώτο μοντέλο αυτού να το βλέπουμε στο φετινό Goodwood Festival of Speed, στο οποίο και θα παρευρεθούμε.

Περισσότερες λεπτομέρειες δεν έγιναν γνωστές, παρά μόνο ότι το μοντέλο θα προέρχεται από την Jaguar. Όπως, είναι φυσικό το τμήμα που θα δημιουργεί κατά παραγγελία μοντέλα σε μια προσπάθεια να καλύψει “τις αυξανόμενες προσδοκίες των πιο απαιτητικών πελατών” της Jaguar, θα βγάλει ένα εξαιρετικά πολυτελές και υψηλής απόδοσης μοντέλο, περιορισμένης παραγωγής και πολύ μεγάλης χρηματικής αξίας.

Τέλος, στη διαδρομή του λόφου του Goodwood, η Jaguar θα φέρει τη κλασική D-Type του 1954 και την Long Nose έκδοση του 1956, καθώς και τις XJS TWR και XJR-9, μαζί με τις νέες XFR-S Sportbrake και F-Type R Coupe.

Away from the competition cars, examples of Jaguar’s new production F-TYPE R Coupé and XFR-S Sportbrake will be publically seen in action at the Festival, with both set for high speed drives up the famous Goodwood Hill.
