Επίσημο: Το Honda Civic sedan έρχεται στην Ευρώπη

Ακριβώς ένα χρόνο μετά την παρουσίαση της 10ης γενιάς του Honda Civic sedan στην Αμερική, η ιαπωνική εταιρία ανακοίνωσε στην έκθεση του Παρισιού την ευρωπαϊκών προδιαγραφών έκδοση του μοντέλου, και αυτές είναι οι πρώτες φωτογραφίες του.

Αισθητικά δεν έχει αλλαγές σε σχέση με αυτή που χαίρονται οι Αμερικάνοι, με τη μόνη να εντοπίζεται στα διάφανα φλας στους εμπρός προφυλακτήρες, όταν των Αμερικάνων είναι πορτοκαλί. Με την

sedan έκδοση να πλαισιώνει την hatchback, που παρουσιάστηκε πριν δυο εβδομάδες, η παραγωγή του θα γίνεται στο εργοστάσιο της εταιρίας στη πόληGebzé, της Τουρκίας,

Το μήκος του φτάνει τα 4.630 4.497 χλστ., το πλάτος του παραμένει ίδιο με το hatchback στα 1.800 χλστ., με το ύψος του τα αγγίζει τα 1.416 χλστ.. Συνολικά είναι 133 χλστ. μακρύτερο και 5 χλστ. χαμηλότερο από την -ήδη αρκετά μεγαλωμένη- hatchback έκδοση του. Ο χώρος αποσκευών ανέρχεται στα 519 λίτρα, και χάρη στη νέα ελαφριά πλατφόρμα που προσφέρει 52% αυξημένη στρεπτική ακαμψία και 30 χλστ. μακρύτερο μεταξόνιο, δίνοντας έτσι περισσότερο χώρο στους πίσω επιβάτες.

Το νέο Civic της Γηραιάς Ηπείρου, όπως και το αμερικάνικο, διαθέτει ανεξάρτητη πίσω ανάρτηση που τοποθετείτε σε ξεχωριστό υποπλαίσιο, αντικαθιστώντας τον ημιάκαμπο άξονα που χρησιμοποιεί η προηγούμενη γενιά.

Αρχικά, το Civic sedan θα προσφέρεται στην ευρωπαϊκή αγορά με τον 1.500αρη turbo τετρακύλινδρο 182 ίππων στις 5.500 σ.α.λ. και ροπή 240 Nm ροπή στις 1.900 σ.α.λ. Αυτός συνδυάζεται με 6-τάχυτο χειροκίνητο ή CVT κιβώτι0 ταχυτήτων, με το βάρος του να κυμαίνεται από 1.279 μέχρι 1.348 κιλά, ανάλογα το επίπεδο εξοπλισμού και κιβωτίου.

The tenth-generation Honda Civic sedan is an all-new sporty four-door compact. It represents a significant step forward for Honda in the C-segment, benefiting from the largest single model global development programme in the company’s history.

The all-new Civic has been engineered from the ground up to fulfil the promise of agile and rewarding dynamics. The new wider, longer platform results in class-leading interior space.
