Fiat: Η ΙΡΟ της Chrysler θα γίνει το 2014

Η FIAT ανακοίνωσε ότι δεν θα πραγματοποιήσει τις αρχικές δημόσιες εγγραφές της Chrysler μέσα στην φετινή χρονιά. Όπως ανακοίνωσε με δελτίο τύπου η ιταλική αυτοκινητοβιομηχανία δεν είναι δυνατόν στην παρούσα φάση να προσδιορίσει εάν και πότε θα γίνει η χρηματιστηριακή εισαγωγή, καθώς αυτό θα εξαρτηθεί από τις συνθήκες στις αγορές.

Η Fiat περιμένει από την Chrysler

Group να συνεχίσει να δουλεύει πάνω στα απαραίτητα βήματα που θα οδηγήσουν στην χρηματιστηριακή εισαγωγή κατά το α΄ τρίμηνο του 2014.

Fiat S.p.A. today announced that the Board of Directors of Chrysler Group LLC (“Chrysler Group”), having consulted with the prospective underwriters for Chrysler Group’s initial public offering and counsel, has determined that it will notbe practicable for Chrysler Group to launch and complete an initial public offering prior to the end of 2013.
