FS Italiane: new Boards of Directors of RFI and Trenitalia appointed

The Board of Directors of Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane held appointed the members of the new Boards of Directors of Rete Ferroviaria Italiana and Trenitalia.

For RFI, the new BoD, which will be appointed by the next meeting, will be composed of Anna Masutti as Chairwoman and Vera Fiorani with the role of Chief Executive Officer and General Manager.

For Trenitalia, the new BoD, which will be appointed at the next meeting, will be composed of Michele Pompeo Meta as Chairman and Luigi Corradi with the role of Chief Executive Officer and General Manager.

The first

meetings of the new Boards of Directors of Rete Ferroviaria Italiana and Trenitalia will be held, following the appointment by the Shareholder’s Meeting, in the coming days. The General Managers will have all the operational powers.
