all HR related projects and procedures
- Assist with global recruitment activities of the head office and offices abroad
- Draft job descriptions and person specifications
- Ensure recruitment and selection procedures are in place and applied
- Build and retain business relationship with global recruitment agencies and handle all recruitment agreements
- Screen and shortlist candidates
- Handle visa applications for foreign personnel
- Update the Human Resources Information Systems
- Provide support on HR management reporting
- Prepare offer letters and terms of employment
- Maintain and develop the Company’s personnel filing systemNumber of persons required:1Qualifications required:- University Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2 years previous experience in local and international recruitment is a must
- Must be fluent in the English language both spoken and written
- Knowledge of other languages will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Excel
- High level organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to use own initiative, prioritise and work independently
- Able to handle matters with complete confidentiality and discreteness
