Our client is a fast growing firm that specializes in medical anti-ageing, body

contouring and
cosmetic treatments.
Due to their recent expansion we wish to recruit a dynamic enthusiastic individual particularly
one with attributes of trustworthiness, honesty, commitment and reliability.

The Role
Key duties include:
o Administrative role dealing with clients and general office duties
o Basic accounting and bookkeeping
o Stock keeping
o Client and patient appointments

Secondary responsibilities include:
o Promoting the Company’s services within the existing client pool
o Increasing existing client pool whilst simultaneously promoting the company’s services

The Requirements
The successful applicant will be someone who has at least 2-3 years similar experience and the
following skills and attributes
o Fluency in Greek and English (oral and written)
o Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Internet, prior use of accounting software an
advantage)
o Proven communication skills (oral and written in both languages)
o Proven time management and organisational skills (prioritizing, anticipating needs,
planning, working to deadlines)
o Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
o Able to build relationships quickly and has either access to, or able to build a large
network of professional contacts
o Lively and vibrant Personality coupled with an outgoing nature
