Vacational Holiday Rentals Ltd, a subsidiary within the IPC Group of Companies is seeking a Holiday Homes Rental Bookings Manager for the opening of its new sales branch in Paralimni, Famagusta, Cyprus.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Managing Director, The Manager will be responsible for the management of the Rental Bookings sales team, customer sales enquiries created through on-line marketing portals, B2B travel operators, travel agencies and professional holiday lettings professionals and the property inventory for the company.

Specific role and responsibilities::
• Daily management of the sales team including all performance management, capability and disciplinary meetings where necessary, rota and staff cover to ensure all business opening hours are adequately covered during weekends and public holidays
Issue team targets and work with each member of staff to deliver necessary training and support to ensure targets are achieved
• Work to continually identify opportunities for new bookings
• Identify what additional benefits will appeal to our customer base
• Managing the marketing strategy for the branch division including advertising, promotional material including brochures, website development, etc
• Plan and deliver a comprehensive promotions/special offers schedule and approve all discount schemes
• Manage the in-house rental booking system to ensure all information is correct and up to date
• Manage the online booking system to ensure the information is correct and up to date
• Resolve all escalated customer complaints
• Develop operational systems and procedures
• Liaise with the Guest relations officer to ensure all holiday customer requirements are catered for
• Liaise with accounts department for audit purposes
• Achieve specific inventory targets by developing new relationships with Holiday property owners in order to increase the property inventory
• Weekly reporting on delivery of enquires and conversion to sales
• Pro-actively oversee the contact for existing customers in making another holiday bookings

Requirements:

We expect you to have the following skills and qualifications
• At least 5years experience in a senior management sales position within the Travel and Tourism Industry
• To have strong sales skills including ability to listen and identify the needs of the business
• To have an excellent telephone manner and inter-personnel skills

• To be results driven and motivated to work to hit and exceed targets
• To have excellent attention to detail and first class organisational skills
• To have outstanding communication, interpersonal skills and enjoy customer-facing experiences
• To have a valid driver’s license
• To have an excellent knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office word, excel, powerpoint and publisher
• To be Experience with social media and marketing
• To speak and write perfect Business English. In addition to English, fluency in another language such as Russian and German will be extremely welcomed.

Basic Salary, Commission and Bonus package are included OTE for the first year 30,000 EURO.
