We are looking to recruit a Senior Corporate Lawyer to join our commercial department, in Nicosia.ΑΝΑΖΗΤΑΤΕ ΕΡΓΑΣΙΑ; – ΕΚΑΤΟΝΤΑΔΕΣ ΘΕΣΕΙΣ ΕΡΓΑΣΙΑΣ – ΠΑΤΗΣΤΕ ΕΔΩ!!Candidates should have 7+ years PQE, good company law knowledge and extensive experience in the following:reviewing, drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements including SPAs, SHAs, JVAs, partnership agreements, agency/franchising/distribution agreements;handling large and complex finance, banking and M&A transactions;advising on competition law and other regulatory matters (SE and CySec);conducting legal due diligence investigations on companies with long trading and operating histories and preparation of DD reports;providing guidance and advice to clients and helping them recognise the impact of customised deals.Candidates should be able to work independently, possess strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills, pay attention to detail, be able to multi task and prioritise their workload and have solid experience working across general corporate and commercial matters.Excellent spoken and written Greek and English are essential as well as good computer literacy skills.Interested applicants should send their CVs to [email protected] noting ref: COR/L/4/1.
