Full Time Position

Due to expansion of our services, we are currently seeking to recruit a Junior Banking Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing banking guidance and support throughout the company.

Description:

Assist clients with their banking enquiries.Consulting with clients regarding bank account opening process and bank options worldwideComplete the bank account opening process.Assist in developing relationships with new banks, obtain information required to open accounts, develop the process and communicate to other departments.Maintaining the bank database.

Requirements and Person Specification:

University Degree in a Business related subject (Banking, Finance, etc)Strong command of written and spoken English.Previous corporate administration experience required (strong knowledge of corporate incorporation documentation in various jurisdictions)Previous banking experience is essential.Pro-active with strong organizational skills; multitaskingExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a teamProfessional and confident

A shortlist of candidates will be required to complete an assignment during the final interview to assess competency in English.
