ND attacks government and Supreme Court president, questions validity of her appointment

Main opposition New Democracy's sector head for justice issues, Haralambos Athanassiou, on Wednesday attacked the government and the head of the Supreme Court Vassiliki Thanou. Among others, he raised questions concerning the validity of her appointment, saying that Parliament President Zoi Konstantopoulou had flouted Parliamentary rules during the interviewing of the candidates since she presided in a dual capacity.
