Το αυτοκίνητο είναι υπογεγραμμένο από τον ίδιο τον Carroll Shelby και φορά τον 4.0-λίτρων L47 Aurora V8 κινητήρα απόδοσης 320 ίππων με 390 Nm ροπής,. Ζυγίζει 1.202 κιλά, με τα 0-96 χλμ/ώρα να τα είναι σε θέση να τα κάνει σε 4,4 δευτερόλεπτα.

Ο κινητήρας συνδυάζεται με ένα 6άρι κιβώτιο και μπορεί να πιάσει τελική ταχύτητα 273 χλμ/ώρα. Η δημοπρασία θα λάβει χώρα στο Amelia Island
