Ο A.Kahn Design προσπαθεί να εκμοντερνίσει το Land Rover Defender

Το Land Rover Defender είναι ένα από τα πλέον κλασικά και πλέον hardcore εκτός δρόμου όχημα στην αγορά. Έως έναν βαθμό, αυτή είναι και η γοητεία του. Όμως ο A. Kahn Design προσπαθεί με το τελευταίο του project να το εκμοντερνίσει.

– Chelsea Wide Track. Πατάει σε ζάντες ελαφρού κράματος 20 ιντσών και διαθέτει νέα μάσκα. Οι μεγαλύτερες αλλαγές όμως έχουν γίνει στο εσωτερικό, όπου ο βελτιωτικός οίκος έχει αλλάξει τον πίνακα οργάνων, έχει αναβαθμίσει τα υλικά της καμπίνας και έχει δώσει έναν εντελώς νέο αέρα στο σκληροπυρηνικό όχημα.

Finished in alpine white, MSN’s Gavin Braithwaite-Smith has joined media colleagues in commending Kahn Design for producing a vehicle with style and purpose.

‘Those are 20-inch Mondial rims, finished in piano black with a diamond cut finish. And yes, those are integral spotlights in the Kahn bumper. The front end has also been treated to an X-Lander grille and headlamp surround. We have to say it, we think Kahn has done a good job with the Defender.’ High praise indeed!

This is recognisable as a Land Rover, but like no Land Rover ever seen before. Discreet Kahn branding completes the package and leaves no-one in any doubt as to the source of this elegant functional design and meticulous attention to detail. You will never look at a Defender in the same way again.
