Έφοδος γαλλικών αρχών στα γραφεία της Peugeot Citroen λόγω εκπομπών

Οι γαλλικές αρχές πραγματοποίησαν χθες το πρωί έφοδο στα κεντρικά γραφεία αλλά και σε τέσσερα κέντρα έρευνας και ανάπτυξης της PSA Group στο Παρίσι, της μητρικής εταιρίας της Peugeot και της Citroen στο πλαίσιο έρευνας για τις εκπομπές ρύπων, όπως ανακοίνωσε η γαλλική εταιρεία.

Αξιωματούχοι

από τρεις υπηρεσίες της Γαλλίας, έκαναν την έρευνα, με την PSA με ανακοίνωσή της να επιβεβαίωνει την έφοδο τονίζοντας πως θα συνεργαστεί με τις γαλλικές αρχές, ενώ αναφέρει πως όλα τα αυτοκίνητα που πουλά συμμορφώνονται με τις απαιτήσεις της κυβέρνησης, μιας και η BlueHDi τεχνολογία που χρησιμοποιεί στα αυτοκίνητά της είναι αποτελεσματική, κάνοντας τα αυτοκίνητά της να πληρούν τα όρια του Euro 6.

Investigations on pollutants

As part of ongoing investigations on pollutants in the automobile sector, today PSA Group has been the subject of a visit and a seizure by France’s General Directorate for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control (DGCCRF).PSA Group confirms compliance of its vehicles in pollutant emissions in all countries where it operates. Confident in his technologies, PSA Group is fully cooperating with the authorities.

Furthermore, PSA Group notes the effectiveness of the BlueHDi after-treatment system, which includes selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technology positioned upstream of the particulate filter, to treat the nitrogen oxides (NOx) released by diesel engines. This technology has been progressively deployed on all of the Group’s Euro6 vehicles from the end of 2013.

In November 2015, PSA Group decided to take a unique approach in order to be transparent with customers by publishing real-world fuel consumption results from a test procedure established with two non-governmental organisations, Transport & Environment (T&E) and France Nature Environment (FNE), and audited by Bureau Veritas.
