Rolls-Royce Ghost Firnas Motif collection

H Rolls-Royce παρουσίασε σήμερα την Ghost Firnas Motif special edition αλλά και τις ειδικές εκδόσεις Home of Rolls-Royce.

Η πρώτη είναι εμπνευσμένη από τον επενδυτή Abbas Ibn Firnas, ενώ αρχικός οραματιστής ήταν ο Khadim Al Helli της Abu Dhabi Motors. Είναι βαμμένη σε λευκό και θαλασσί χρώμα και στο εσωτερικό της ακολουθεί την ίδια φιλοσοφία με λευκές επενδύσεις με μπλε

Μηχανικά φορά τον V12 6,6-λίτρων κινητήρα απόδοσης 563 ίππων με 780 Nm ροπής. Συνδυάζεται με ένα 8-τάχυτο αυτόματο κιβώτιο με τα 0-100 χλμ/ώρα να τα κάνει σε 4,9 δευτερόλεπτα με την τελική ταχύτητα να περιορίζεται στα 250 χλμ/ώρα. Μόλις 5 αυτοκίνητα θα βγούνε στην αγορά χωρίς να έχουνε ανακοινωθεί οι τιμές του.

Παράλληλα η Rolls-Royce έδωσε τα πρώτα σκίτσα των ειδικών εκδόσεων “Home of Rolls-Royce” τα οποία θα περάσουν στη παραγωγή έτσι ώστε να εορτάσει τα 10 χρόνια παραγωγής της Phantom.

“Home of Rolls-Royce” εκδόσεις θα δούμε τόσο στη Phantom όσο και στη Ghost με αυτές να είναι δημιουργίες του Bespoke τμήματος της RR. Θα διαθέτουν υπεπολυτελές δερμάτινες επενδύσεις, ξύλινα διακοσμητικά, ειδική βαφή, ειδικά κεντήματα και διακοσμητικές ρίγες βαμμένες στο χέρι.

ROLLS-ROYCE MOTOR CARS ANNOUNCES BESPOKE ‘HOME OF ROLLS-ROYCE’ COLLECTION

On 1 January 2013,Rolls-Royce Motor Cars celebrated 10 years of production at the Home of Rolls-Royce in Goodwood, England.

To mark this latest chapter in the marque’s 108-year history, a special collection of cars, conceived and designed by the Rolls-Royce Bespoke team will be released in 2013.

The Home of Rolls-Royce Collection will celebrate the meticulous design, engineering and craftsmanship employed in the construction of every car that leaves Goodwood.

The work of the marque’s world-class leather, paint and wood shops is showcased in the company’s Phantom and Ghost family models. Exquisite marquetry, embroidery and hand-painted coachlines will carry specially designed Bespoke motifs that pay elegant homage to the Home of Rolls-Royce’s unique position at the pinnacle of global super-luxury manufacturing.

Following the release of a design sketch that gives a rare insight to the Bespoke conception and design process, further details will be revealed over the coming months telling the story of the creation of each Rolls-Royce.
