H Ford αναβαθμίζει τη Mustang με μέρη της GT350

H Ford Performance για να κάνει πιο ελκυστική την Mustang GT, καθώς και να μη χάνει χρήματα από τους διάφορους βελτιωτές που ασχολούνται με το muscle car, ανακοίνωσε τη διαθεσιμότητα τριών κιτ αναβάθμισης για αυτό.

Αρχικά, θα είναι διαθέσιμα μόνο στην Αμερική, με τα κιτ να περιλαμβάνουν μέρη προερχόμενα από το σκληροπυρηνικό

GT350, με το entry-level kit να διαθέτει φίλτρο αέρα ελευθέρας ροής της K&N, μαζί με μια αναβάθμιση της Ford Performance, που επιτρέπει μεταξύ άλλων αλλαγές ταχυτήτων χωρίς να αφήνεις το γκάζι, με την αύξηση της ιπποδύναμης να φτάνει τα 13 άλογα και 21,7 Nm, σε σχέση με το εργοστασιακό μοντέλο, ενώ στις 1.500 σ.α.λ. η αύξηση της ροπής είναι 54 Nm.

To Power Pack 2 περιλαμβάνει την ψυχρή εισαγωγή του GT350, με τον 5-λιτρο V8 κινητήρα να κερδίζει 21 άλογα και 32,5 Nm ροπή, εμφανίζοντας την ίδια αύξηση στις 1.500 σ.α.λ. με το πρώτο πακέτο.

Τέλος, το Power Pack 3 διαθέτει, επιπλέον του 2, την πολλαπλή εξαγωγής του GT350, που μαζί με τις ρυθμίσεις της εταιρίας αυξάνει την ιπποδύναμη του συνόλου κατά 37 άλογα, ενώ στις 7.500 σ.α.λ. η αύξηση είναι 60 ίππους.

Ford Performance Parts has announced emissions-legal performance calibrations for 2015-2017 Mustang GT. For the first time, calibrations are being offered with various levels of hardware to give customers more options and price points.

Calibrations are North American Mustang spec ONLY at this time.
