10.000 παραγγελίες για το Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV στην Ευρώπη

Η Mitsubishi ανακοίνωσε πως ξεκινούν οι παραδόσεις του Outlander PHEV, της υβριδικής έκδοσης του Outlander, στην Ευρώπη. Περισσότεροι από 10.000 Ευρωπαίοι έχουν ήδη παραγγείλουν το υβριδικό Outlander, με τα πρώτα αυτοκίνητα να παραδίδονται στην Ολλανδία.

Η παραγωγή του γίνεται στο εργοστάσιο της MMC στο Okazaki της Ιαπωνίας. To Outlander Plug-in Hybrid EV διαθέτει ένα υβριδικό σύστημα που αποτελείται από έναν 2.0-λιτρο τετρακύλινδρο κινητήρα

βενζίνης ο οποίος συνδυάζεται με δύο ηλεκτροκινητήρες, έναν στον μπροστά και έναν στον πίσω άξονα. Τροφοδοτούνται από μια μπαταρία ιόντων λιθίου 12 kWh και οι ηλεκτροκινητήρες αποδίδουν 60 kW (82 ίππων) με 192 Nm ροπής. Έχει μέση κατανάλωση 1,9 λίτρα/100 χλμ, εκπομπές CO2 στα 44 γρ/χλμ και ηλεκτρική αυτονομία 52 χλμ. Η συνδυαστική αυτονομία φτάνει τα 824 χλμ, έχοντας τελική ταχύτητα 170 χλμ/ώρα.

Το αυτοκίνητο είναι τετρακίνητο και διαθέτει τρεις λειτουργίες, Pure (αμιγώς ηλεκτρικό), Series (λειτουργία με τους ηλεκτροκινητήρες με τον βενζινοκινητήρα να φορτίζει τις μπαταρίες) και Parallel (παράλληλη λειτουργία όλων των κινητήρων).

MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER PLUG-IN HYBRID EV START OF SALES IN EUROPE

Today, Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (MMC) starts retail sales of its pioneering Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (or “PHEV”) with the first units reaching The Netherlands – the designated launch country in Europe – after production commenced late August at MMC’s Okazaki plant, near Nagoya.

Wave # 1

Much expected by dealers and customers in a region forecasted to be its largest global market, Outlander PHEV has already achieved over 10,000 signed orders across Europe since December 2012.

Managing a fine balance between production capacity and overall demand, MMC will launch Outlander PHEV sequentially in Europe, starting with selected PHEV markets (The Netherlands, Nordic countries, etc) from this month onwards.

Competitive

Quite competitive (purchase price and running costs), the EU-specs Outlander PHEV only differs from its Japanese market equivalent in complying with mandatory EU regulations and with a chassis fine-tuned to better suit European driving style.
