Η συνέντευξη στην Σάντρα Μπούλοκ

Μπούλοκ: Κοιτάζω γύρω μου ανθρώπους να προσπαθούν να μεγαλώσουν τα παιδιά τους και αναρωτιέμαι. “Πώς μπορείς να τα μεγαλώσεις χωρίς να τα έχεις σε ένα προστατευτικό πλαίσιο;” Και να τους δείξεις τη διαφορά ανάμεσα στο λάθος και το σωστό όταν οθόνες διαρκώς υψώνονται μπροστά τους; Οι οθόνες είναι παντού.
Άνιστον: Παντού. Μπορείς να προστατεύσεις τα παιδιά σου αλλά τελικά, όταν γίνουν 18 και βγουν έξω στον κόσμο, θα τα δουν όλα.
Μπούλοκ: Όχι τα δικά μου παιδιά.
Άνιστον: Θα τα έχεις για πάντα μαζί σου;
Μπούλοκ: Τους έχω οριοθετήσει τα μέρη που θα ζουν όπως ζω και εγώ.
Άνιστον: Έχεις ένα υπέροχο σπιτικό, έναν εκθαμβωτικό άνδρα και δύο καταπληκτικά παιδιά.
Μπούλοκ: Τι είναι αυτό που δεν έχεις κάνει ακόμα και θέλεις να κάνεις; Είτε σε επαγγελματικό επίπεδο είτε σε πνευματικό, ή και στα δύο;
Άνιστον: Η πρώτη μου αντίδραση θα ήταν να πω όλα τα παραπάνω. Δεν είναι τόσο τι βλέπω τον εαυτό μου να κάνει όσο οι εικόνες που έχω στο κεφάλι μου: ακούω τη θάλασσα, βλέπω τον ωκεανό, ακούω γέλια, βλέπω παιδιά να τρέχουν, ακούω τον ήχο του πάγου στο ποτήρι μου, μυρίζω το φαγητό που μαγειρεύεται. Κάπως έτσι τα φαντάζομαι στο μυαλό μου…
