Ένας κυνηγός ονείρων σε βιτρίνα του οίκου Hermès

Την εγκατάσταση «Ο Κυνηγός Ονείρων» σχεδίασε, το διάσημο καλλιτεχνικό δίδυμο Agnes and Anthony για το κατάστημα «Crystal Houses» του οίκου Hermès, στο Άμστερνταμ.

Η εγκατάσταση είναι φιλοτεχνημένη από χαρτί και ανακυκλωμένο χαρτόνι και αντλεί έμπνευση από το πνεύμα Μπάκου. Σύμφωνα με την ιαπωνική παράδοση, αν έχεις εφιάλτη μπορείς να φωνάξεις τρεις φορές το πνεύμα του Μπάκου, για να έρθει και να κατασπαράξει τους εφιάλτες.

Στην καλλιτεχνική παρέμβαση των Agnes and Anthony φιγουράρει το γιγάντιο χνουδωτό τέρας

το οποίο, κυνηγά όνειρα στη βιτρίνα του καταστήματος.

Πίσω από την από γυάλινη πρόσοψη του «Crystal Houses», η εγκατάσταση ακολουθεί, στη διάρκεια της νύχτας, το φιλικό τέρας καθώς κυνηγά όνειρα και εφιάλτες στην κοιμισμένη πόλη πριν επιστρέψει στο σπίτι του, βαθιά μέσα στη ζούγκλα.

Κάθε στοιχείο στο «Ο Κυνηγός Ονείρων» θέλει να δημιουργήσει, όπως σημειώνει το ΑΠΕ, την αίσθηση ενός ονείρου. Για τον σχεδιασμό του σκηνικού, το καλλιτεχνικό δίδυμο από τις Βρυξέλλες εμπνεύστηκε από τον Ιαπωνο-αμερικανό γλύπτη Ιζάμου Νογκούτσι και την ονειρική αρχιτεκτονική του Ρικάρντο Μποφίλ.

Επιπλέον, τα πλούσια μωβ στοιχεία αλλά και οι φωτεινές χρωματικές διαβαθμίσεις θέλουν να δώσουν μια ψευδαίσθηση νύχτας και να προσελκύσουν τους περαστικούς σε αυτόν τον μυστηριώδη κόσμο.

Our new window display < The Dream Hunter > is inspired by Baku, a Japanese old folklore about a creature who protects you from nightmares.
